- Can I collect my item or arrange my own collection?
Yes – our address is The Old Chapel, Halifax Road, Keighley, BD229BG. Please ensure you advise of an estimated time for collection to ensure someone is present.
- How fast will my item be shipped?
We endeavour to ship any stock items for delivery latest 5 working days, we aim for sooner but this is courier dependant.
- Can I return an Item?

- Are all items in stock?
We do carry a large level of stock and can almost always get orders out straight away however current delays on raw materials have sometimes affected larger quantities.

- Where are they manufactured?
All our tools are manufactured in house here in sunny Yorkshire by our staff.
- Are they heavy duty?
Yes – you can’t always tell a product quality from a photo but all our tools are designed for construction work and hence why trades people come back again and again.
